Description
A pas-dosé classic method champagne produced by Waris-Larmandier in the Champagne region of France. A pure expression of Chardonnay, with no added sugar, which enhances the minerality and complexity of the terroir. The Waris-Larmandier estate is located in the heart of the Champagne region, in the sumptuous village of Avize. This surprising family-run winery combines art and nature in an atypical spirit. Floral aromas on the nose, complemented by toasted notes and hints of pastry. Fine bubbles. On the palate, the wine is ample, with excellent length and savory texture.
