Brut classic method sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Valentini di Weinfeld. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Trento DOC born from the passion and expertise of a family that has shaped the history of Trentino sparkling wine. Aromas evoke fruity and floral fragrances, along with a delicate hint of yeast. Fine and lively perlage. Straw yellow with golden reflections. Lively and harmonious, dry, fresh, full-bodied, and rounded in structure.

Arminio Valentini startet in 1899 as first producer of the traditional champagne method in Trentino, specifically in Vallagarina valley. Still today the love for our region and our steady search for quality keep on being essential principles of our production. With grapes of our best vineyards we produce three Trento DOC Sparkling wines: Valentini di Weinfeld Brut made of 100% Chardonnay, Valentini di Weinfeld Brut Rosé made of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and Valentini di Weinfeld Riserva Arminio made of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
