Description
Still red wine from Catalonia, Priorat DOCa, 15% ABV, produced by Franck Massard. Blend: 60% Grenache, 40% Carignano. 0.75L bottle, 2019 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Franck Massard, who purchased his first vineyard in Priorat in 2004. Manual harvest with double selection, first in the vineyard and then in the cellar. Fermentation at 24-26°C and aging for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. Spicy aromas of cloves and curry, aromatic herbs, and red fruits. It has an excellent structure and is aromatically complex with a note of eucalyptus that gives the wine an intense freshness. The intense and refreshing acidity combined with a firm yet refined and mature tannic structure gives this wine a very satisfying taste.
