Description
A classic method brut sparkling wine from Burgundy, produced by Pierre Ponnelle. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. Pierre Ponnelle, a pioneer in selecting Burgundy grapes, offers us a Crémant that perfectly expresses the characteristics of the terroir. The winery's aging cellars are located in the basement of the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Beaune, once the winemaking heritage of the Cistercian monks, now owned by the Maison. Persistent perlage. Fruity aromas are detected on the nose, accompanied by citrus notes and hints of bread crust. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is balanced and persistent.
