Champagne 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs brut, produced by Pierre Gobillard in the Champagne region. 0.75 liter bottle. A Blanc de Blancs that celebrates the elegance of Chardonnay, with a freshness that captivates the palate. The nose is fresh with aromas of citrus and white flowers, opening to a hint of apricot upon contact with the air. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Lovely freshness on the palate, with delicate hints of licorice and anise that provide a lovely full body.

Today Pierre-Alexis and Chloé, their children, have joined the wine estate in the view to pursue the style of the Gobillard house.
The wine estate is located in Hautvillers, birthplace of the Champagne, where has lived the monk Dom Pérignon.
