Description
This Barolo comes from the vineyards of this precious vineyard, located on the same slope, altitude, and terroir as the most renowned Barolo crus such as Vigna Rionda, Lazzarito, Ornato, and Francia. Barolo Meriame is unique and inimitable because the parcels from which it comes were planted in 1948/1949 by Luisella's (Paolo's wife) grandparents. Despite their age, over 70 years, they thrive in fantastic conditions with very low yields and natural concentrations that allow us to produce a wine with a length and fullness rarely found elsewhere.
