Organic, dry Charmat method sparkling wine produced by Paltrinieri Gianfranco in Emilia-Romagna. 11% ABV, 2024 vintage. A Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC that embodies the passion of a family that has been producing quality wines since 1926. The "Cristo" vineyard is located in the historic Sorbara area, between the Secchia and Panaro rivers. Soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation, and secondary fermentation using the Martinotti method. Fine perlage. Intense and elegant notes of wild berries and a distinctive violet aroma. Pale ruby red color. Dry, with a pleasant and refreshing acidity.
