Description
A classic method brut rosé sparkling wine, produced by Opera Viticoltori in Valdicembra, Trentino Alto Adige. 2017 vintage, 12.5% ABV. A tribute to Pinot Noir, the main grape variety used in this sparkling wine, which provides a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries are complemented by hints of bread crust. The color is a pale cherry pink, inviting and delicate. On the palate, the wine is fresh, well-balanced, and has a long finish, perfect for an aperitif or a light meal.
