Still red wine from Roero, Piedmont, 0.75 l, 2021 vintage, produced by Negro Angelo. A Roero Riserva that embodies the passion and tradition of a family that has cultivated vineyards since 1670. 100% Nebbiolo. Traditional maceration with submerged cap for 20 days, aged for 32 months in oak barrels and bottle. Fresh and intense nose with hints of peach and red fruits, occasionally balsamic on the finish. An elegant and structured wine, ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
