Description
Crémant de Die Brut, 11.5% ABV, produced by Monge Granon in the Rhône region of France. 0.75 L bottle. A Crémant de Die born from the passion of two families of winemakers who have cultivated 37 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the "pays de Die" since 1985. Crémant de Die Brut is made using the traditional method. After initial fermentation in tanks, the wine is bottled and the addition of a tirage liqueur based on sugars and selected yeasts triggers a second fermentation. Aged for 1-3 years on barrels. Beautiful pale yellow color with green highlights. Its aromas are enhanced by a hint of citrus.
