Description
Trento DOC classic method sparkling wine, 12% ABV, produced by Man Spumanti. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs from the Cembra Valley in Trentino, where terraced vineyards climb the slopes of Monte Corona. A tribute to the mountains and their minerality, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for over 42 months. Man Nature has a rich, bold, and complex bouquet, with hints of white-fleshed fruit and floral notes from the mountain Chardonnay. Bright straw yellow. A strong mineral note, an expression of the dolomitic-calcareous soil, characterizes the flavor. A very persistent, extremely fresh aftertaste that cleanses the palate and evokes dried fruit and brioche.
