Description
Classic Method Extra Brut Champagne, produced by Louis de Sacy. Blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. An explosion of aromas that open with acacia blossoms, violets, fresh roses, and honeysuckle, then evolve into notes of lime, peach, fresh blackcurrant, and mirabelle plums. A luminous golden yellow with silvery highlights. The palate is frank and fresh, with a creamy, melting effervescence. The Champagne develops a pulpy, crisp texture, supported by a taut acidity reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit. The palate is dominated by a chalky, clayey minerality that lends frankness and body, with good length and a certain vinosity.

Our family owns vineyard in Champagne since 1633, and André Sacy, in 1962, make The decision to produce Champagne, creating at the beginning Champagne Sacy Père et Fils which will become Champagne Louis de Sacy in 1986.
Then, his son, Alain Sacy, invested in vines in order to be a 100 % independant and has represented his cuvées in France and also abroad starting with New York City in 2001.
Yaël and Jonathan Sacy, after different work experiences in France and abroad, joined the family estate in 2013 to continue the development, bringing a new philosophy in the vineyard and vinifications. Read more
