It was in the Ardèche that he set down his suitcases after searching on several appellations. He fell under the spell of a property, well hidden under the pine trees, in Southern Ardèche in the commune of Rosières (IGP Ardèche) at an altitude of just over 200m, which he named Mas Heritage.
The vineyard is spread over more than thirty faysses (the local name for the terraces), all organised in a variety of directions and covering a total of 4 ha. In the spring of 2013, François Tissot made his first plantings, repairing the original dry-stone terraces. Read more
