Classic method brut sparkling wine from Etna DOC, produced by Orestiadi. Blend of Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese. 0.75L bottle. A Blanc de Noir that expresses the elegance of the Etna terroir, with a lively foam and fine-grained perlage. Aged for at least 30 months on the lees. A fine and elegant bouquet, with hints of bread crust and mature floral notes. Intense yellow with greenish reflections.
