Description
Still red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Kellerei Bozen. 100% Pinot Noir, a grape variety that best expresses the characteristics of the terroir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2024 vintage. A Pinot Noir born in the mountains, where the altitude and mineral soil give the wine elegance and complexity. The must is fermented in stainless steel, with a portion briefly aged in oak barrels. Fruity and floral, with notes of cherry, raspberry, plum, and violet; subtle hints of licorice and spice. Ruby red in color. Fruity, velvety, medium-bodied, and tannic. A wine that pairs perfectly with red meats, poultry, and soft cheeses.
