Description

Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT still rosé, 12.5% ABV, produced by Hofstatter in Trentino-Alto Adige, 2024 vintage. This rosé is born from the expert blend of Lagrein and Merlot, a tribute to the family's winemaking tradition, which dates back to the 19th century. The grapes, separated from the stems, are left to macerate for a day and then pressed to extract the color. The color is very light, intensely luminous, tending towards raspberry red. Fresh and fruity on the nose. On the palate, it is harmonious with balanced acidity.
