Description
Brut white Franciacorta DOCG, 13% ABV, produced by I Barisei, winemakers since 1898. Blend: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Franciacorta born from the passion and dedication of a family that has cultivated vines with love and respect for the land for generations. The grapes, meticulously selected during the harvest, are softly pressed to extract only the qualitative heart of the product. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the sparkling wine base rests for at least 8 months before blending. The second fermentation in the bottle, according to the tradition of the Franciacorta method, is slow and monitored daily. Each bottle ages on the lees for an average of 24 months and then finishes with a gentle disgorgement, with a liqueur of 6 g/l of sugar. It expresses itself with great clarity, with aromas of apple, fresh almond, Amalfi lemon, and mint. Pale straw yellow. The refreshing palate continues, with notes of lime and an excellent saline finish. A medium-bodied wine with good persistence, it is extremely drinkable.
