Harvest | The freshly harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented. Light pumpovers are carried out regularly in temperature-controlled steel vats. |
Wine making | Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, malolactic fermentation takes place, and the wine begins ageing in barriques for a 12-month period, during which its various colours, aromas and tastes develops in typically perfect harmony. |
