This complex and precise Blanc de Blancs showcases beautiful acidity, vibrant minerality, and a crisp, refreshing profile. The soil, rich in clay and limestone, enhances the wine's refreshing character and subtle salinity. A portion of the wine is aged in oak barrels, adding depth and character. Made from 100% organic Chardonnay, it is dealcoholized to 0.0% alcohol, with 0 sugar, just 1 calorie, and 0 sulfites—offering an exceptional experience.

Long-time friends, Constance & Maggie who live on opposite sides of the Atlantic, meet again in Paris in 2019. Maggie, Director of the Michelin Guide, is pregnant with twins. Constance pursues her career as a top model. Both of them are driven by a quest for well-being against all odds.
