Description
A still organic red from Chile, the Emiliana Natura Pinot Noir 2023, with an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. A wine born from the vision of Rafael and José Guilisasti, who converted the Emiliana winery to an organic and biodynamic operation in the late 1990s. The grapes come from the Rapel Valley. Aged for 6 months, 10% in French oak. On the nose, aromas of berries, sweet vanilla, and soft floral notes. The color is purplish red. On the palate, it is fruity, with a velvety texture, medium structure, and an intense finish. A Pinot Noir that respects the environment and the consumer.
