Description

A still organic red from Chile, the Emiliana Natura Pinot Noir 2023, with an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. A wine born from the vision of Rafael and José Guilisasti, who converted the Emiliana winery to an organic and biodynamic operation in the late 1990s. The grapes come from the Rapel Valley. Aged for 6 months, 10% in French oak. On the nose, aromas of berries, sweet vanilla, and soft floral notes. The color is purplish red. On the palate, it is fruity, with a velvety texture, medium structure, and an intense finish. A Pinot Noir that respects the environment and the consumer.

At the end of the 1990s, Rafael and José Guilisasti perceived that the market was beginning to change, and global consumers were beginning to consciously choose the products they consumed, not just in terms of health, but also for its environmental and social effects.

Together with visionary winemaker Álvaro Espinoza, they began converting a conventional Chilean winery into a 100% organic and biodynamic winery, with the firm objective of creating wines of the highest quality while respecting people and the environment. After more than 2 decades, what began as a dream is today a full portfolio of products, with both domestic and International recognition, that meet the needs of today’s consumer.
