Description

Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Lagille & Fils in the Champagne region. A wine that expresses the refinement of the terroir through a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust, reminiscent of the winemaking tradition. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, inviting tasting. On the palate, the wine is fresh, savory, and persistent, with a pleasant complexity that makes it ideal for celebrating special occasions.

Our vineyard is located on the terroir of the Ardres Valley, a hidden and wild beauty of the western slopes of the mountain of Reims. Our estate has 7ha spread over the villages of Treslon, Faverolles-et-coemy, Savigny-sur-Ardres and Chaumuzy: a rich patchwork of plots and varied soils: clay, sand, clay-limestone. This gives an important aromatic palette, and the possibility of multiple blends. The estate's grape varieties are 55% meunier, 30% chardonnay and 25% pinot noir. Le Meunier, a grape variety mainly from the Champagne region, offers its authenticity and fruitiness with greedy, soft and intense nuances. Read more
