Description
Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Delouvin Nowack Champagne. Blend: 100% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. Another expression of Delouvin Nowack's mastery, this time with 100% Pinot Meunier, aged for 48 months. Arriving in Champagne from Paris, the first area you encounter is the Vallée de la Marne, a splendid valley characterized by beautiful vineyards sloping down to the river, vineyards whose undisputed king is Pinot Meunier. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruit are complemented by toasted notes and hints of citrus. Straw yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh, rich, and persistent, with a complexity that reveals itself with every sip.
