Soil composition Poor soils of calcareous type, tending to clayey.
Wine making The grapes are macerated for 6-8 hours to extract the right amount of colour and aromatic notes typical of Negroamaro from the skins. The must is fermented at 10 2°C in stainless steel tanks.
Aging Ageing in stainless steel tanks for about 3-4 months.
