Production technique | The 2024 grape harvest confirmed the importance of strategic agronomic choices, in particular cultivation in hilly areas, which are fundamental for guaranteeing the quality and health of the grapes. After a mild winter and a rainy spring with below-average temperatures, the summer saw a sudden increase in heat, requiring careful water management to avoid stressing the vines. September brought milder temperatures and wide temperature ranges, favouring aromatic complexity. The adoption of climate monitoring technologies made it possible to optimise treatments and improve sustainability. The harvest, which began in mid-September, saw a balanced ripening, with healthy grapes of excellent quality. |
