Still red Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Casanova di Neri. 100% Sangiovese. 0.75L bottle, 2020 vintage. Brunello Tenuta Nuova is a project of passion and science at the same time, resulting in a wine that only Casanova di Neri can produce. It is made from a Sangiovese clone from the Cerretalto vineyard and from a terroir south of Montalcino, where it acquires Mediterranean aromas, great finesse, and tannic structure. Fermentation and maceration: 23 days. Aged in small oak barrels for 30 months and in bottle for 18 months. Intense, fruity, and spicy. Deep ruby red color with garnet highlights. Deep in texture yet expressing itself with complete and flavorful enjoyment.
