Description
Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine, produced by Cantina Puiatti (Bertani Domains) in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. 0.75 L bottle, 12.5% ABV. A Blanc de Blancs born from the passion and experience of a winery that has been working in the winemaking world since 1967. Pleasant floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust. Straw yellow in color, the wine is persistent and quite warm on the palate. An explosion of freshness and complexity, a tribute to Chardonnay.

The dry and cold katabatic wind coming from the Balcans alternates with the Adriatic breezes: a heterogeneous climate with a prevalence of fresh oriental winds mitigated by the sea. The result is a unique microclimate that favors viniculture typical of northern regions, with Mediterranean nuances. The constant sun together with mild climate excursions aids the slow ripening of the vines, providing balanced grapes rich in flavor and aroma.
