Maison Stéphane Breton is located in the Côte Debar to Arrentières en l'Aube. Côte des Bar is in the southernmost area of the Champagne and has a slightly warmer climate than the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. The Champagne of this area are generally characterized by a bouquet wider and open with more moderate acidity and less minerality.
Maison Stéphane Breton covers 8 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with pinot noir grape variety that is well adapted to the soils are characterized by clay-limestone marl of the Côte des Bar.
