AOC Champagne, classic method pas dosé, produced by Bolieu in the Champagne region, 12.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, 2008 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Champagne, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, hints of lemon are complemented by notes of licorice and almond.
