Still white wine from Tuscany, 12% ABV, produced by Petra. 100% Ansonica, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the desire to interpret the Tuscan terroir, capturing its unique characteristics. Ansonica, formerly known in Sicily as Inzolia, is among Sicily's oldest native grape varieties, and was brought to the Tuscan coast and its archipelago by Greek merchant ships. Bright straw yellow. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and dry, with a well-modulated acidity.
