The history of the Fiorini family starts from the grandfather Giuseppe. Born in a barrel in the Modena plain, north of Modena, between Gargallo di Carpi and Ganaceto di Modena, he learned the work in the cellar and the winemaking techniques of the classic Lambrusco di Modena from an early age.
Over time, the winery has grown and expanded its horizons up to the present day, with Alberto and Cristina managing the farms, always keeping their feet firmly in the tradition, but with a look at innovation and new markets.
