Paul Pillot

The Pillot family has been producing wine since the end of the 19th century and is now in its fourth generation. Paul, Thierry's father, began to acquire vineyards in 1968, moving from 1 hectare to today's 13, traditionally divided into many small plots and creating the Paul Pillot estate. Thierry was involved in the management in 2004, at the age of 24, and today it is he who holds the reins of the company. There are 16 labels produced, 12 of which are white wines, with 6 Premier Cru from Chassagne-Montrachet and 2 from Saint-Aubin.
