Officina del Vento is the joint project of three Italian Masters of Wine – Gabriele Gorelli, Andrea Lonardi and Pietro Russo – who chose Sicily as their place of inspiration, establishing themselves in the Stagnone Islands Nature Reserve in Marsala.
