Jerome Prevost
Jérôme Prévost was a student of Anselme Selosse. In 1987 he takes over the family vineyard of 2.2 hectares in Gueux, at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. For 10 years, has sold the grapes to négociant until he meets Selosse who offers to help him. Produces a cuvée "Les Beguines" Extra Brut with a philosophy all "Bourguignonne": a single grape variety, Pinot Meunier, a sandy limestone and 100% aging in wood. Produces about 6000 bottles have become a rarity.
