Our family benefits from more than 155 years of experience, passed down from generation to generation since 1864. Today, it is the fifth generation, the son, Jean-Charles Milan, who is taking over the vineyard in the respect of the family tradition.
Traditional pressing on our old presses is the first step in a long process. Hand-picking is a priority for us in order to select the most beautiful fruits whatever the year. The juice trickling down the sides of the press is a magical moment which represents the starting point of several years of care necessary to the elaboration of our Champagnes.
It is thanks to a precise "artisanal" vinification that the wine destined for our blends or selected years will assert their character and develop their future aromas.
All this work, nourished by passion and tradition, is carried out by us, as our family has always wished, so that the family signature marks the style of our Champagnes, from the vine to your flute.
