After Emile, Joseph and Bertrand, Hugues has been providing the technical knowledge necessary for the management of our vineyards and the production of our wines for 40 years. Since 2006, his commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture has opened up a new way of thinking about respect for the natural balance of the terroir, the environmental impact and the well-being of people.

This philosophy and the winegrower dimension of our company, with 40 plots of vines spread over 4 villages in the Montagne de Reims - Verzenay, Verzy, Villers-Marmery and Villedommange - enable us to produce Champagnes that express all the subtlety and strength of the terroirs from which they come.
