Guy de Forez

Outside the village of Les Riceys, in a prime location, this small manufacturer récoltant-manipulant (i.e. using only owned grapes) grape works 12 hectares of vineyards, 94% planted with Pinot Noir and the rest to Chardonny and Pinot Meunier. Since 1990 the vineyards have been cultivated according to the ratio of sustainable agriculture.
