Acquired in 1885, the family winery is on the Côte des Blancs on 8 hectares (a little less than 20 acres) of vineyards in the crus (communes) of Cramant, Chouilly and Mardeuil.
Richard Fouquet, representing the fifth generation to operate the business according to his own methods, harmonizes tradition and modernity.
