The low production of the 2007 harvest suggested to Gaggioli to concentrate production, focusing on the most consolidated labels: the Pignoletto fermo, the frizzante and the Bologna Bianco.
Previous vintages have revealed small revelations, such as Bologna Rosso Benessum Riserva and the interesting Magnificat, based on sauvignon, which replaces Francia Bianco. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are also well placed. Fermo, a Pignoletto Superiore whose label was designed and donated to the property by the famous set designer and painter Gino Pellegrini, will shortly be released.
