Fred Jerbis

Fred Jerbis stands for "le erbe di Federico" (Frederick's herbs), a name inspired by Friuli to give prominence and importance to our territory, which is fundamental to the creation of our products. Everything stems from Fred's passion for plants and nature.

At first, during walks in the woods of Carnia, studying and collecting botanicals and medicinal herbs. Then he began growing spices in the meadows near his home; and finally experimenting with different extraction techniques to create essential oils with timeless fragrances.

It was only in 2014 that the first laboratory was built, where the collected plants became infusions and distillates.

Thus began a phase of research and experimentation in the world of spirits, which led us to conceive the triptych: gin - bitter - vermouth, and which continues to this day.
