Domaine Fourrier

The Domaine Fourrier has about 9 hectares of some of the best vineyards in the communes of Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-St.-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny and Vougeot.
Jean-Marie Fourrier represents the fourth generation, and he took over the property in 1994, at the age of 23 years. It attaches utmost importance to the quality of grapes; non-interventionism and authenticity of each vintage characterize his philosophy. It makes a thorough pruning in the winter months and does not practice green harvest in summer. The grape selection is rigorous and is done directly in the vineyards. The wines are characterized by a superb balance, a great aroma of the fruit and elegance and an eye-catching structure.
