Our family is from Banyuls, Puig del Mas. Puig in French means hill. Located less than a kilometer from the sea the Domaine de La Rectorie is directed by Thierry Parcé and his son Jean-Emmanuel.
The vineyards are located in the mountains but close to the sea. According to the different esposure, altitude, vines, distance from the sea, the nature of the soils (schists dominant), we work parcels with a micro-terroir.
Since 1981 we have reintroduced the use of animals to work the land.
