Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier

Robert Poirier established the "La Renardière" domaine close to a small wood where foxes lived, hence the name of the domaine. He was a pioneer with a passion for modernism : he cleared out the land, used a new pruning method and won the first medals. A firm believer in the success of Pouilly-Fumé, he expanded the estate over the years and opened a wine bar "Au Pouilly", in Nevers.
