Chevrot

Situated at the southern gateway to the Côte de Beaune, the 20 ha vineyard produces 15 Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée. The terroir is clay-limestone mainly located on outcrops dating from the Upper Triassic (-230 to -195 million years ago) and the Lower Jurassic (-195 to -175 million years ago).

The vines are 30 years old on average, the oldest vine planted by the Grandfather 75 years ago bears witness to the care taken in viticulture both in terms of yield control and respect for the terroir (soil maintenance and integrated vineyard protection).
