Cascina Salerio

Cascina Salerio was born from the fusion of two small wineries in the hills of Asti, the PIA company of about three hectares of vineyards in Montegrosso d'Asti and the Bianco company about 3.5 hectares of vineyards in Costigliole d'Asti. The new winery, in Salerio, allows the grapes to be transformed exclusively from their own vineyards, combining traditions and innovations. The wines, from Barbera in the different types from Grignolino to Dolcetto to Chardonnay as well as to Rosè are the result of the dedication with which our vines are cultivated, but above all the attentions reserved to the grapes when they arrive in the cellar.
