Description
Still white Fiano di Avellino DOCG, 13.5% ABV, produced by Vinosia. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Fiano made on the hills between Atripalda and San Potito Ultra, in Campania, from 100% Fiano grapes. Soft pressing of whole bunches, fermentation partially conducted with native yeast starters. Delicate fruity and floral aromas alternate on the nose, creating a very harmonious bouquet. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. Lean, fresh, and smooth, with a savory aftertaste that invites repeat tasting.
