Still organic white wine from Portugal, 14.5% ABV, produced by Vale da Capucha. 100% Arinto, 2019 vintage. A wine that expresses the authenticity of the Portuguese terroir through the purity of Arinto, a native grape variety that finds its ideal habitat in this region. The grapes are pressed, then static decantation begins. Aged in barriques on the fine lees. Bottled: 6 months before release.
