Description
Still red wine from Etna, Sicily, 14.5% ABV, produced by Tenuta delle Terre Nere. 100% Nerello Mascalese, 2022 vintage. An Etna Rosso that embodies the power and elegance of the volcano, with a unique expression of its terroir. Complex, it has a voluptuous fragrance on the nose. Intense ruby red. On the palate, it has a "nervo" (nerve), rounded yet present tannins. A wine made from vineyards located on the northern slope of Etna, at an altitude of 700-750 meters, with volcanic soil that gives the wine a unique minerality. Ideal with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
