Description
This wine was first made in 2005. It is a wine made only from indigenous varieties: Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico, Inzolia, and Minnella. The Carricante grape dominates the blend with roughly 65%, which gives a still wine. This blend of grapes, all from old vineyards, provides a drinkable wine which, when ageing, boosts the noblesse of the Etna and its remarkable terroir.
