The philosophy behind the project is easy to say and complicated to achieve, if you are not really driven by the sacred fire of the motivated winemaker: promote the balance of grapes in the plant, adopting conservative prunings, limiting the maximum interventions with plant protection products and abolishing insecticides. If Eugenio Ranchino has a lot to do on the pitch, the consultant of renowned technical skills Giuseppe Caviola will always try to find new and unexplored roads.
