A wine that celebrates the aromatic richness of Zibibbo, a grape variety emblematic of Sicily. Fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of citrus, peach, and yellow melon. | Soil composition | Characteristic of the hills of the Belìce Valley, the white soil is of medium compactness and has a very high component of limestone and gypsum, which originates from the numerous chalk-sulphur formations present in the area. The dry microclimate with good water retention in this area enhances the typical minerality of the soil, making it ideal terrain for the cultivation of native white varieties such as Grillo, Zibibbo, Inzolia, Catarratto and Grecanico. |
